My clients this morning were in town for a few days on their way to Gatlinburg tomorrow. I'm so glad I got the chance to meet them. They are sweet sweet kids. Was this family blessed with good hair or what? Have fun in Tennessee guys!

Miss Serious... is seriously cute!

This is little Miss Emma Kate. She's celebrating her 3rd birthday this month and her mom asked me to do her pictures once again. She wasn't liking being photographed one bit until her mom left the room then she became Little Miss Sassy. I had to throw one in of her ne little brother too, just because he's too darn cute too. Happy Birthday Emma Kate!

I love reading your comments! I absolutely love getting your comments! But I have a problem, two actually. One... I don't get enough! Two... Leave your full name or a clue as to who you are. Decisions Decisions!

Why is there such a fear of the unknown? Why are we so afraid of change? My DREAM is to own my own studio someday. I seriously think about it everyday. Can I do it? Can I handle it? These things I just don't know. Well today, I was trying to help a good friend, Amanda Howard, and she tells me about this wonderful opportunity. Her sister owns this adorable little boutique in Gardendale (Tippie Toes). She subleases 1/2 of her building to a lady who does hair and nails. Well, her tenant is leaving in a month and they offered me the space. I'm sure she would be an awesome "LandLady" and the space is workable. It's a little bit small, but definately workable. I really think it has a lot of potential if I will just take the leap of faith that I CAN do it. So, do I stay comfortable or do I take the plunge and go for it? Stay tuned for a possible update soon. You might be coming for your next session to my studio in Gardendale, hopefully!

I have a confession

I love the circus. Yes, I'm 27 and still love going to the circus. There is just something magical about it to me. So, I gladly bought circus tickets for my son and my niece. We are going Wednesday night and I can't wait. This will be Austin's first time going and I hope he loves it as much as I do.

Shooting for me

Since I'm taking the month off, I was having a little bit of shutter withdrawal and decided to go see what I could find to photograph. Here are a few very ordinary things that I think look nice.

Holy Moly

I thought I was going to die a slow painful blogger death tonight. I could not get the header on my page to change to match my new site to save my life! I had to completely delete the old blog and start from scratch only to do the same things I've been trying to do for an hour! So, sorry guys that left me comments.
